Had a great time celebrating my sister-in-law’s birthday with the Spa City Brew Bus. We visited 3 wineries and a distillery around Saratoga. The bus was spotless, driving was great (thanks, Bruce!), music was great. Hoj is a super host. He’s very knowledgeable about the process of making wine, beer and spirits, so he is able to create relationships with local producers. That enabled us, for example, to get a private vineyard tour with the vintner. The vintner took us on a field tour while we drank the wine from the grapes we were looking at up close in the field. Thankfully, none of the vineyards were pretentious. Everything (and everyone) was very down-to-earth which let everyone focus on what they liked rather than what they were *supposed* to like. – Clive J.

All I have to say is WOW. Mike, I want to personally thank you in this review for such a wonderful time you provided to us on Saturday, June 15th. This experience was truly one to remember. From the beginning, we were in it and hooked! If anyone is wondering, I found out about this brew bus from a simple google search. Saw the good reviews, called, Mike answered and the rest was seamless! So glad that I took the leap to plan this for my brother and his bachelor party. I recommend this to anyone who is interested in breweries/wineries. Mike is very easy to work with and he was so accommodating/responsive the whole time. The schedule of brewery stops that he had set for us was perfect.

These guys were super nice – Mike and driver Bruce, BRUCE. So nice that prior to our trip the night before one of the guys in our party lost his wallet at a bar and Mike went to the bar with us on the way to a brewery and FOUND THE WALLET!
This is quality customer service and these men go above and beyond to make your experience one to remember. One word of advice – pace yourself there is a lot of beer to consume! And tip your driver! Thanks again Mike. We all had a fantastic time.

We took a tour with the Spa City Brew Bus for my cousins bachelorette party in Lake George! We had a blast! They were friendly, funny and professional. I love that they are a veteran owned and operated company! We had lunch at our first stop and the food was delicious! Our second stop was the Adirondack winery tasting room, where we each tried seven wines. One of our group members has a lm allergic reaction to the fruit in one of the tastings. Hoj and Bruce jumped into action and without being asked picked her up Benadryl! Our last stop was Common Roots, loved the temporary tasting room, we played corn hole and watched the football games. I think the support shown for that company and how they handled the situation was amazing! I love that Hoj brought us there! We will definitely be recommending friends and family to book with Spa City Brew Bus! – Concetta N.

We had a blast on the Brew Bus for my sister’s bachelorette party! Hoj and Bruce (we called him Dad and so should you) were great hosts who were fun and looked out for us. The bus was very clean and you could bring plenty of road beers. I recommend stopping at the Saratoga Winery (great scenery and generous wine tasting) and Yankee Distillery (great cocktails and fun tour). The places we stopped were not very crowded but we didn’t care because we made our own fun. One of the girls left their phone on the bus and Hoj personally drove back to our Airbnb to drop it off that night. Above and beyond expectations! You definitely get your money’s worth. – Allie Z.

This is a month overdue glowing review for the Spa City Brew bus! In the beginning of June this year we utilized this service for one of my lovely friend’s Bachelorette Party and the group was beyond impressed. We were an incredibly rowdy group of trouble makers and Mike (Hodge) and Bruce were incredibly patient and accommodating. The first hiccup was our party finishing dinner in Saratoga later than scheduled and arriving to our hotel with no time to prepare, the brew bus was there and waiting for us perfectly on time, and they were very patient waiting for us while we changed and loaded the bus. They took us to three great brewery’s that built in crazy-ness as the night progressed. We began in a calm peaceful one to begin our night and as we got rowdier so did their selections of breweries I don’t know if it was designed to be that way but if it wasn’t it was a great happy accident! The bus is run by veterans and I thought that was super cool. Both Mike and Bruce were very informative of the bus, Saratoga, and beer (which was important because our bride is a craft beer enthusiast). There was water provided for us on the bus as well as cup holders to hold our souvenir glasses to bring beers from the prior breweries to the next one. They have WiFi on the bus and we were able to connect our playlists on our phone and play our own music and they had a microphone for karaoke. They even took us back to the hotel to refresh before dropping us off in Saratoga to continue our night (after our time was up). All in all this was a great experience and if I lived in Saratoga I would utilize them for all my parties in the future. – Shelby C.

We tried out the Spa City Brew Bus for my 26th birthday and I could not recommend it more. The owner is super friendly and knows the best places in the area to go. & Each location had a wide variety of tastings to choose from! It was the perfect experience to try craft brews and unique moonshine flavors (best was apple pie!) right before a night out on Caroline St. I’d highly recommend to anyone! – Amanda R.

Had an awesome time on the brew bus with Hoj and his driver. They were on time to pick us up. The breweries were both awesome and the Yankee distillery was the crown jewel of the trip. Nemo had all the answers to our questions. Get yourself a bottle. Hoj went over the top to show us a great time. The small glasses don’t look like much till you drink a lot of great beers with high percentage. Can’t wait to go back! – William M.

We booked the Spa City Brew Bus for our company holiday party this year. The whole experience was phenomenal, from the bus, which was tricked out with wifi, karaoke, a cooler and snacks/drinks, to the choice of breweries and all the little extras thrown in. The Brew Bus team found the perfect mix of giving us a raging good time while keeping it professional and making sure we all got home safely.
